CIVIL RIGHTS

Representation for people who have had their rights and even their dignity stripped from them by police officials, elected officials, large corporations and others.

A civil rights claim generally arises when the government or its officials violate a person’s Constitutional or statutory rights. These rights can include freedom from wrongful seizure or excessive force by law enforcement officers, “police brutality,” police shootings, restraint asphyxia, indifference to jail inmates’ safety or medical needs, other jail or law enforcement-relate deaths or serious injuries, or the right to freedom of speech without government retaliation.
